Location Groups

Location groups organize multiple locations together for management and display purposes. Use them to group locations by city, region, business unit, or project. Groups also control tour booking behavior.

Finding Location Groups

Go to Staff → Location Groups to see all groups.

From the list:

  1. Use the search bar to find by name
  2. Filter by group type (City, Region, Category, Business Unit, Project)

Click any row to open the group detail page.

Creating a Location Group

Go to Staff → Location Groups and click Add.

Fields

  • Group Name — A unique name for this group (e.g., "Portland Locations")
  • Group Type — How locations are grouped (see types below)
  • Notes — Internal notes for staff reference
  • Require Tour Request — When enabled, customers must submit a contact form instead of booking tours directly
